Conference paper publication
Symposium participants have the opportunity, depending on their preference, to publish their article in either Physics of Metals and Metallography, a journal published by Pleiades Publishing that is exclusively in English and indexed in the Web of Science and Scopus databases (Q3), or in Fizika Metallov i Metallovedenie (Russian: «Физика металлов и металловедение»), a journal published in both Russian and English by Nauka Publishing House and included in the White List (Level 2). The choice depends on the authors’ preferences. An article may be selected by the Organizing Committee for publication only if it is presented as a report (oral or poster) at the Symposium.
The content of the articles must align with the journal’s scope, and the length should be between 4 and 15 journal pages. All articles must be prepared in Microsoft Word using the journal’s template. Articles for Physics of Metals and Metallography must be submitted via the electronic editorial and publishing system (EPS) at https://publish.sciencejournals.ru, while articles for Fizika Metallov i Metallovedenie should be uploaded through the RCSI website https://journals.rcsi.science/0015-3230 with the note “EASTMAG-2025”.
Articles for Physics of Metals and Metallography may be submitted in either English or Russian. If submitted in Russian, the publisher will handle the English translation. Articles for Fizika Metallov i Metallovedenie must be submitted in Russian.
